π What if my order arrived after my event date due to an incorrect address, delayed carrier, or wrong date entered?
Unfortunately, no refunds are permitted in this case.
π If my package was lost or stolen by the carrier, can I get a refund?
Refunds are not allowed for this situation. Please reach out to your local USPS office for potential pickup options and visit usps.com to file a claim. If it was stolen, you may also need to file a police report.
π My order shows it was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
Please contact your local USPS office, as they may have your package. If they do not, you will need to file a missing package report with USPS. No refunds will be issued.
π If I canceled or changed my event date and no longer need my assembled party favors, can I receive a refund?
Unfortunately, refunds are not allowed in this scenario, as these are custom party favors and cannot be restocked.
π I noticed my name was misspelled or the information on my party favor is incorrect. Can I get a reprint or a refund?
Refunds are not allowed; however, a reprint can be provided for an additional fee (labels only, no treats, and you will need to assemble them).
π Is it possible to change my need-by date or theme?
Yes, you can do this as long as the assembly process has not yet begun. If it has, there may be an additional fee, but I cannot guarantee this, as it depends on how advanced the process is.
