Once the design is completed and approved, we will begin the printing and assembly process. Please note that there are no refunds or cancellations after the design is approved.
Filled Party Favors: Your snacks will arrive already wrapped and assembled with the treats inside. A digital proof will be sent via email for your approval. Timely responses are appreciated to prevent any shipping delays. Please respond promptly.

Once the design process starts, refunds are not available.
Personalized items that have already been delivered are non-refundable.
We utilize high-quality materials for your treat labels.
You are responsible for any mistakes related to photos, misspellings, incorrect dates, changes to party/event dates, quantity ordered, colors, etc.

Color variations may occur; we do not provide color matching services.
If a refund is granted, the item must be returned at the buyer’s expense.

📝 FAQs 📌 What if my order arrived after my event date due to an incorrect address, delayed carrier, or wrong date entered? Unfortunately, no refunds are permitted in this case. 📌 If my package was lost or stolen by the carrier, can I get a refund? Refunds are not allowed for this situation. Please reach out to your local USPS office for potential pickup options and visit usps.com to file a claim. If it was stolen, you may also need to file a police report. 📌 My order shows it was delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do? Please contact your local USPS office, as they may have your package. If they do not, you will need to file a missing package report with USPS. No refunds will be issued. 📌 If I canceled or changed my event date and no longer need my assembled party favors, can I receive a refund? Unfortunately, refunds are not allowed in this scenario, as these are custom party favors and cannot be restocked. 📌 I noticed my name was misspelled or the information on my party favor is incorrect. Can I get a reprint or a refund? Refunds are not allowed; however, a reprint can be provided for an additional fee (labels only, no treats, and you will need to assemble them). 📌 Is it possible to change my need-by date or theme? Yes, you can do this as long as the assembly process has not yet begun. If it has, there may be an additional fee, but I cannot guarantee this, as it depends on how advanced the process is.
